Datojudi Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the datojudi platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.

1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the datojudi platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Use of the datojudi platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum age required by the laws of your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which you are located.
- You are not listed on any prohibited persons list maintained by a relevant regulatory body.
- You are registering and using the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
Datojudi reserves the right to decline a registration application or terminate an existing account if any of the eligibility requirements above are not met.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the datojudi platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Notifying datojudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your personal information up to date, especially details related to identity verification and payment processing.
- Not sharing your account, password, or any login details with any other party.
Datojudi will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3 Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the datojudi platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, the safety of other users, or datojudi's operational interests. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems or servers.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through this platform.
- Fraud, market manipulation, or collusion with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the terms set for each offer.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the datojudi platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid for online transactions.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform at the time, including TNG eWallet and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the current terms stated in your account. datojudi is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed via available methods within the timeframes stated on the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been verified and registered under the same user's name. datojudi reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
All winnings earned through bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
5 Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The datojudi platform is provided on an "as is" basis. datojudi makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, datojudi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access to a user's account.
Account Suspension & Closure
Datojudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any term outlined in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure by the user to complete the identity verification process within the required timeframe.
- At the user's own request to close their account.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, datojudi reserves the right to withhold any existing balance pending a case review by the management team.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, and software on the datojudi platform are the property of datojudi or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written permission.
6 Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
